Soh Wai Ching continued his fine run of victories by winning the inaugural Naza Tower Run on Sunday.
The world No. 1 tower runner clearly stood out as he conquered the 49-storey building in five minutes and 16 seconds to win the men’s open category.
Mohd Hazim Zuhairi Azahari clocked 6:02 to finish second and Wong Chin Chun finished third with 6:45.
Although he had lifted the inaugural Malaysia Towerrunning University Championship on Saturday, the 30-year-old showed no sign of fatigue having to run another race within 24 hours.
Wai Ching however, said he could have improved his timing if he had chosen to use a different technique during the climb.
